Chinese Pork Jerky Recipe

Simple and irresistible snack to make at home! We love the original flavor that we always get from the store but you can spice it up by adding chili flakes or black pepper!

Chinese Pork Jerky

Ingredients:

Grounded Pork 680 gram (prefer at least 20% fat)

3 tbsp Sugar

2 tbsp Soy Sauce

4 tbsp Fish Sauce

1/4 tsp ground white pepper

2 tbsp Honey

1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder

Steps:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix them to turn pasty and marinate it overnight (or at least 6 hours) in your fridge

2. Place the meat on foil/parchment paper

3. Roll the marinated meat with plastic wrap on top to about 3mm thickness

4. Baked at preheated oven at 300 F for 25-30 mins then pour off excess liquid and

flip to other size for 15 mins

5. Brush the jerky with honey and bake each side for 5 mins

6. Cut into desired size and serve!
